Your Mission: What You'll Achieve
As our Finance and Marketing Manager, you will be the commercial cornerstone of Zyglox, working directly with the co-founders to build a robust and scalable business.
Financial & Operational Tasks:
Oversee and manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting.
Prepare financial reports and analyses for the founding team and future investors.
Implement and manage controlling processes to ensure cost efficiency and support strategic decisions.
Handle key administrative and operational tasks that keep our startup running smoothly.
Marketing & Business Development:
Develop and execute a marketing strategy to build the Zyglox brand and generate leads within the railway sector.
Create compelling marketing materials—from presentations and case studies to blog posts and social media content.
Identify and build strong relationships with new customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Support business development initiatives as we expand into new international markets.
Your Profile: What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual who is excited to learn and grow with us.
A higher degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing).
A solid foundational knowledge of core business principles (budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, marketing strategy).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you can confidently articulate complex ideas and build rapport with engineers, executives, and customers.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
A genuine curiosity for technology and innovation. You don't need to be an engineer, but you're excited to learn what makes our product revolutionary.
Bonus Points (Not Required): Previous experience in a startup environment, B2B marketing, or business development. Fluency in German is an advantage.

Competitive Compensation: We offer a minimum gross salary between 2.669 € and 4.000 € per month (14 times a year) on a full-time basis. A higher salary is expressly offered based on your qualifications, experience, and market standards.
